This is my very first blog post on my very first blog!!
I find myself a bit more nervous that I anticipated. I love looking back at accomplished bloggers first posts, but I feel as if they have been doing this for ever, and I could never compare! However, despite my doubts, I really want to blog! I want to share pictures & ideas.
All about NAILS.
I was the girl who always painted her nails. But recently, it has become an obsession. I am finding myself smuggling nail polishes into my apartment, in hopes that my fiance doesn't notice. But he always does. I do my mom and little sister's nails every weekend, and every weekend I have a new color (or colors) to show off.
I'm not into blogs where all we see is swatches. Those bore me. But they do have their benefits. I can almost always find a swatch (or ten) of a polish I am interested in. My favorite blogs are ones filled with designs and nail art. I am not an artist, and I doubt I will be doing much free handing, but I am an avid stamper.
I hope for my blog to be something filled with ideas and designs. So far, I've gathered that one of the ten commandments of blogging is not to whore your blog around. Does anyone else have any suggestions for a beginning blogger?
